Today I made the sad decision. Taking all things into consideration, and through tears I signed the permission slip, then kissed them both goodbye. I left them together in a cage, paid the bill and came home.
Hubby had already removed their toys, bowls, and the cage.
I'm now in shock, and the grieving will soon follow.
